IGNOU is one of the clearest examples for this particular question.

Its official Online MBA page says that the programme is designed for both fresh graduates and working personnel.

The current eligibility is:

• bachelor's degree of minimum three years;

• minimum 50% marks;

• 45% for candidates belonging to a reserved category.

The programme has a minimum duration of two years and can be completed within a maximum period of four years.

For someone immediately out of college, the important point is that IGNOU does not make prior employment a condition for admission.

2. Manipal University Jaipur Online MBA

Manipal University Jaipur goes a step further and answers the work-experience question directly in its FAQ.

At the end of two years, the objective is not simply to write “MBA” on your CV.

A stronger profile would be:

Graduation + MBA + two years of relevant work exposure + practical skills.

For a fresher, that combination can be more useful than treating the degree as a substitute for employment.

Situation 2: You Cannot Relocate for a Regular MBA

A regular campus MBA may involve tuition, accommodation, transportation and sometimes leaving your city.

That is not practical for everyone.
