Many standard two-year Online MBA programmes accept graduates from different streams and may not require prior work experience. However, eligibility is not identical across every university.

There is no one age number that applies to every Online MBA in India.
UGC-DEB rules primarily govern whether institutions can offer programmes in Online mode. Individual universities set student-level requirements such as degree, marks, work experience and any age condition.
For many standard Online MBA programmes, age itself is not the main barrier. A learner at 30, 35 or 40 can be a valid candidate if the university accepts the academic profile and the programme suits the learner’s objective. However, some executive, institute-specific or highly selective programmes may add minimum-age, work-experience or entrance-test conditions.
